All Sales Final

All sales made through League Treats KC are final. Due to the nature of hemp-derived and THCa products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact League Treats KC within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed promptly. Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for refund processing after approval

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

All products sold by League Treats KC are derived from hemp and are intended to comply with applicable federal law, including the 2018 Farm Bill.

Laws regarding THCa and hemp-derived products may vary by state or local jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws in their area.

League Treats KC reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments to locations where THCa or hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed due to local regulations.


Shipping & Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within up to 3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination and applicable laws.
